The Si-Mon DVB-S (Serial Interface Monitor) is the ideal cost eff ective hardware for satellite carrier monitoring via a PC.
The Si-Mon simple serial communication protocol makes it easy to obtain the RF (dBuV) and Carrier to Noise levels (dB) of your services along with Pre and Post BER values for integration into your software.
The programmers notes supplied will enable soft ware developers to quickly integrate the Si-Mon hardware.
The software application supplied allows you to select stored satellite carrier data from the Si-Mon memory and log the RF, C/N, Pre and Post BER values.
